De atunci facturile aproape s-au dublat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-261c9f2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"261c9f2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><u>Legea 196\/2018, privind \u00eenfiin\u021barea, organizarea \u0219i func\u021bionarea asocia\u021biilor de proprietari \u0219i administrarea condominiilor, prevede urmatoarele puncte referitoare la fondul de rulment:<\/u><\/p><p><strong>ART. 72<\/strong><\/p><p>(1) \u00cen scopul asigur\u0103rii sumelor necesare pentru pl\u0103\u021bi curente, asocia\u021bia de proprietari este obligat\u0103 s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 cuantumul \u0219i cota de participare a proprietarilor la constituirea fondului de rulment. Fondul de rulment se stabile\u0219te astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 poat\u0103 acoperi cheltuielile curente ale condominiului la nivelul unei luni calendaristice. Stabilirea cuantumului se face prin echivalare cu suma care a fost necesar\u0103 pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor lunare \u00eenregistrate de asocia\u021bia de proprietari \u00een anul anterior, la nivelul lunii cu cheltuielile cele mai mari, majorate cu rata infla\u021biei, iar \u00een cazurile asocia\u021biilor de proprietari nou-\u00eenfiin\u021bate, prin aproximarea acestuia cu fondul de rulment stabilit la alte asocia\u021bii de proprietari echivalente ca m\u0103rime.<\/p><p>(2) Fondul de rulment se depune \u00een contul curent al asocia\u021biei de proprietari, men\u021bionat la art. 20 alin. (1).<\/p><p>(3) Fondul de rulment se constituie prin plata anticipat\u0103 a cotei ce revine fiec\u0103rui proprietar, potrivit hot\u0103r\u00e2rii adun\u0103rii generale a asocia\u021biei de proprietari, iar re\u00eentregirea fondului de rulment se face lunar, prin plata sumelor afi\u0219ate pe lista de plat\u0103.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0f2078 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f0f2078\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b9fec5c e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"b9fec5c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prin prezenta v\u0103 inform\u0103m c\u0103 a fost afi\u0219at\u0103 lista de \u00eentre\u021binere aferent\u0103 lunii Mai2025.
