Astfel s-a luat leg\u0103tura cu firme autorizate ANRE pentru punerea a 32 de senzori wireless de caze \u0219i montarea unei electrovalve pentru protec\u021bia \u00een cazul unei avarii la conductele de caze. Ordinul ANRE introduce de fapt o obligativitate \u00een vederea respect\u0103rii legii din 2015 care prevedea de fapt acest lucru.<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Nepunerea \u00een acord a acestui ordin duce la amendarea asocia\u021biei \u0219i oprirea gazelor de c\u0103tre distribuitor \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 a te mai putea rebran\u0219a dac\u0103 nu te puneai \u00een acord cu aceasta lege \u0219i ordinul ANRE. Astfel riscam ca anul acesta s\u0103 ne trezim cu gazele oprite la tot blocul dac\u0103 se f\u0103cea o simpl\u0103 verificare la una din cele 274 de centrale de apartament.<\/span><\/p><p>Dup\u0103 o negociere cu singura firm\u0103 care a r\u0103spuns cererii \u0219i nevoilor noastre,\u00a0SC ENERGOINSTAL PREMIUM SRL<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0a binevoit s\u0103 ne lase cu plata \u00een 6 rate egale iar lucrarea s-a executat \u00een regim de urgen\u021b\u0103. Asocia\u021bia avea informa\u021bii c\u0103 Distrigaz \u00eencepe schimbarea contoarelor de gaze care au mai mult de 8 ani, ceea ce gr\u0103bea lucrurile. Astfel s-a ajuns exact la termen iar riscul de oprire a gazelor \u0219i a amendei a disp\u0103rut.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Asocia\u021bia a redus cheltuiala cu aceast\u0103 lucrare prin faptul c\u0103 a \u00eencasat penalit\u0103\u021bi de 4.000 de lei care au sc\u0103zut cu aceia\u0219i valoare suma final\u0103 a lucr\u0103ri cu 25%. Astfel factura de 19,640 lei s\u0103 se scad\u0103 3.920 lei iar diferen\u021ba de 15.720 lei s\u0103 fie pl\u0103tit\u0103 \u00een 6 rate egale \u00een valoare de 2.617 lei \u0219i \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 la cele 274 de contoare de gaze deservite de aceast\u0103 lucrare.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
