Sunt o mul\u021bime de dosare \u00een a\u0219teptare \u0219i dup\u0103 cum \u0219ti\u021bi legea special\u0103 a asocia\u021biilor de proprietari nu d\u0103 posibilitatea la prea multe am\u00e2n\u0103ri \u0219i prelungirea termenelor f\u0103r\u0103 justificare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cei rog din nou pe cei care au datorii s\u0103 nu se joace cu propriet\u0103\u021bile lor. Avem deja o decizie \u00een favoarea asocia\u021biei prin care putem trece la executarea unei garsoniere. Dup\u0103 o discu\u021bie telefonic\u0103 cu proprietarul acesteia am fost invitat de c\u0103tre domnia sa s\u0103-i execut\u0103m garsoniera &#8222;dac\u0103 putem&#8221; a\u0219a ca vom trece la aplicarea procedurilor legale. Am f\u0103cut tot ce s-a putut pentru ca fiecare cump\u0103r\u0103tor s\u0103 intre \u00een posesia propriet\u0103\u021bii dar de acum trebuie s\u0103 avem grij\u0103 de acest bloc s\u0103-l \u00eengrijim \u0219i s\u0103-l \u00eentre\u021binem.<\/p>\n<p>2. De asemenea v\u0103 reamintim ca la CEX din 10 iulie 2013 s-a adoptat o tax\u0103 special\u0103 pentru \u00eentre\u0163inerea parc\u0103rii \u00een sum\u0103 de 10 lei\/lun\u0103\/loc de parcare. Parcarea are un regim propriu de cur\u0103\u0163enie \u015fi \u00eentre\u0163inere. Acest lucru cost\u0103 \u015fi nu poate fi repartizat c\u0103tre proprietarii care nu au loc de poarcare.<\/p>\n<p>Exemplu de cheltuieli vis-a-vis de parcare:<br \/>\n\u2022 iluminatul parc\u0103rii \/ schimbatul l\u0103mpilor arse<br \/>\n\u2022 vopsirea periodic\u0103 a parc\u0103rii<br \/>\n\u2022 cur\u0103tenia<br \/>\n\u2022 schimbarea senzorilor de mi\u015fcare defec\u021bi<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00eentre\u021binerea \u0219i repararea por\u021bii de acces<br \/>\n\u2022 samd<\/p>\n<p>S-a votat \u00een unanimitate pentru.
